A bean recipe for every taste:
Rinse beans, clean and make in hearty salted water 5 min, dip in iced water briefly on a colander. Heat sugar in a quarter of a liter of water and dissolve. Add spices and vinegar. Boil solution to 1/2 liter. Fill beans into jars, pour hot liquid over them. On each of the 3 following days, pour off the broth, heat, cool and pour repeatedly over the beans. Seal jars and keep cooled and dark. The sweet and sour beans are eaten with meat.
