For the pumpkin cheese cutlet with pears, salt and pepper the meat. Cut the pumpkin into wedges. Grease a baking dish for 2 people. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.

Brown the cutlets in a pan with a little oil. Take them out and put them into the baking dish. Then fry the pumpkin in the frying residue for 5 minutes on both sides.
