Instructions:

Stir mustard, curry, garlic clove and soy sauce, mix with the finely chopped meat, marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour with the lid closed.

Heat oil or clarified butter in a frying pan, brown the meat in batches on 2 or automatic heat 9 to 10, remove, then sauté finely chopped onion and garlic clove.
