Instructions:

For the ratatouille, wash the vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place in a perforated basket of the steamer.

Peel and chop the onion and garlic and add to the vegetables. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and the herbs.

Add ketchup and paradeis pulp. Steam everything at 100 °C for approx. 17 minutes, then season again with salt, pepper and Tabasco.

Preparation Tip:

You can eat the ratatouille with rice as a main dish but also as a side dish with grilled meat.
