Instructions:

For ravioli with minced meat and bacon, first prepare the pasta dough. To do this, mix flour, semolina and turmeric. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix in the same amount of hot water, olive oil and salt. Knead flour, semolina and liquid well and let rest in cling film in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

For the filling, fry the onion, mince and bacon. Season with garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. When the mixture has cooled, mix with cream cheese.

Roll out the pasta dough 2 mm thin. Cut out circles with a ravioli cutter and fill them. Boil the finished ravioli in salted water for 3 minutes.
