Mix raisins, rum and chocolate.
Knead flour with butter, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and egg yolks. Finally, add the raisin-chocolate mixture and knead quickly.
Let the dough rest in a cool place for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 160 degrees hot air.
Cut out the desired shapes from the finished dough. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
Stick the finished, cooled cookies together with jam.
Decorate with icing or white chocolate and decorate as desired with chopped pistachios, chopped pumpkin seeds or similar.
