Cut the cooked potatoes into slices and lay them out in a buttered baking dish, salt lightly. Cut the onions into small cubes and sauté in butter, chop the mushrooms and sauté briefly. Add the cleaned spinach leaves and sauté briefly, season with garlic, salt and pepper. Finally, stir in crème fraîche.

Spread half of the spinach mixture over the potatoes.

Sprinkle salmon with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Place fish fillets on top of spinach mixture. Spread second half of spinach mixture over fish. Top with tomato slices and grated cheese.

Bake in the oven at 175 °C for about 30 minutes.

Clean and wash lettuce, marinate according to individual taste. Serve salmon and spinach casserole with salad.
