A delicious fish recipe for any occasion!
1. rinse salmon, dry. Marinate in teriyaki sauce for 30 min.
2. drain fish, brush with oil. Place skin side up on a broiler, broil on both sides for 3-4 min. each side.
3. clean spring onions, rinse, cut the light green parts 3 cm long, make al dente in clear soup.
4. arrange fish with spring onions on plates. Serve with long grain rice, triyaki sauce and grated radish.
As a drink fits e.g. warm sake (rice wine).
