Instructions:

A bean recipe for every taste:

Soak the beans for one night and cook them in enough salted water with a small onion, bay spice and clove. They may still have a slight bite.

Preheat the stove to 160 degrees. Remove skins from liver and cut into individual nuts. Turn in flour to the other side and pat down. Heat a frying pan and add a little oil. Fry briefly all around, remove from frying pan and season. Transfer to an ovenproof plate and top each with a sage leaf and a piece of prosciutto. Place in the oven for 4 minutes, drizzled with a little olive oil.

Cut the shallots lengthwise into strips and cook them in olive oil without coloring. When they have softened a little, add the olives and the pine nuts. Sauté everything together for 3 min with light color. Finally, add a little balsamic vinegar, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Pour this sauce over the beans form.
