Instructions:

Season meat with salt and season with pepper. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a frying pan and roast the meat for 2-3 min. on each side. Then cut into cubes. Remove the skin from the onions and cut them into cubes. Remove the peel from the papaya and avocado, cut them in half and remove the seeds or pit. Cut both into small cubes. Sprinkle avocado with juice of one lemon. Rinse tomatoes and cut into cubes. Mix orange juice with vinegar, 1 tbsp. oil and mint. Season with salt, sugar and chili spice. Stir in avocado, meat, papaya, tomatoes, onions and almond kernels. Rinse and dry leaf lettuce and spread out a baking dish with it. Arrange lettuce on top and garnish with mint leaves.
