Instructions:

Melt the butter in a baking dish, pour in semolina and mix with melted butter. Add salt and milk and mix. Preheat the oven to 190 °C.

Leave to stand for 20-30 minutes. Then set the casserole dish in the middle. When the semolina has set and is golden brown, remove and loosen with two forks.

Place in the oven again for about 10 minutes and then remove.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with any compote.

Preparation Tip:

If you like, you can also make the semolina pancake with raisins.
