Preparation (about 40 min):

Cut pork into strips, finely dice onions and garlic. Peel the tomatoes, remove the core and roughly dice. Cut the spring onions into rings, cut the peppers into strips.

Sauté onions in oil until translucent, add long-grain rice, stir well and pour in clear soup. Add paradeis pulp and paprika powder, simmer for three to four minutes on low heat.

In the meantime, fry the meat strips in oil and add them to the long grain rice together with the paprika and spring onions. Season with salt, thyme, cumin and freshly ground pepper. Cook everything for about 15 minutes (until the long grain rice is soft) and finally add the diced tomatoes and chili rolls.
