For the sesame bread, sift the flour into a mixing bowl and add all the remaining ingredients, except the sesame seeds.
Knead well and let rest for 1 hour. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with water.
Cut a little and sprinkle with sesame seeds to taste. Let rise again and bake at 220 degrees for about 25 minutes.
