For the spaghetti bolognese, sauté the mince in olive oil, crushing it repeatedly with a wooden spoon.

Add the onion and carrot cubes and fry briefly. Strain the canned tomatoes well. Add the tomato paste, chili, garlic to the minced meat and fry it, pour the soup and the strained tomatoes.

Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Season the sauce with oregano, sugar, salt and pepper.

In the meantime, cook the spaghetti noodles in plenty of salted water until al dente.
