Instructions:

For the spaghetti burger, cook and drain the pasta according to the package instructions, let cool and mix well with the eggs, salt, pepper and Parmesan while lukewarm.

In a mini pan (fried egg pan) – or in a serving ring (diameter 10-12 cm) and then in a large pan – bake 8 “spaghetti burger patties” in clarified butter on both sides, dab on a kitchen towel and keep warm.
