Finely dice bacon and fry in a small amount of fat in a frying pan, add finely diced onion and cook until translucent. Add crème fraîche and simmer over low to medium heat for 5 to 6 min.
Season with salt, pepper and mustard. Remove from heat and fold in one egg yolk.
Make about 100 g of spaghetti per person.
