Instructions:

Cook the spaghetti in enough salted water until al dente.

Prepare the meat sauce: dice the meat and fry in hot oil. Season and remove. Clean carrots, dice, sauté in the dripping. Add clear soup and wine, sauté for about 8 minutes until soft. Fold in meat, crème fraîche and cheese and simmer for about 5 min.
