Instructions:

Preheat the stove to 230 °C. Thinly slice the garlic cloves and dice the chorizo or bacon. Fry both in 1 tbsp. oil and then transfer the bacon to a dish. After that, cut the bread into 2 cm pieces and brown them lightly in the remaining olive oil. Afterwards just this over into the Reindl.
