Instructions:

Mix spelt flour with water, yeast, honey and butter. Mix in bread spice and salt.

Let rise for about 40 minutes.

Knead well again.

Add the chopped walnuts to the dough.

Pour the dough into a loaf pan and let rise until doubled in volume.

Bake the bread at 180 °C for 50 minutes.
