For the spicy pork ribs, mix all ingredients for the marinade well together. Rub the raw ribs on both sides with the marinade and leave them covered overnight.

Now drain the ribs, place them on a baking tray and roast them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Turn 1-2 times.

Add some honey to the previously drained marinade and brush the ribs once more. Finally, braise the spicy pork ribs for approx. 10 minutes at 220°C.
