Try this delicious pasta dish:

For the dough, stir flour, starch and salt with 330 cc of water. Let the dough stand for about half an hour. Soak the mushrooms in warm water. Cut meat into tender strips and fry in two tablespoons of oil until brown.

Add finely chopped bean sprouts, mushrooms, bamboo and narrow strips of cabbage and sauté. Add soy sauce and continue to sauté, stirring, for about two minutes. Break glass noodles into small pieces, pour boiling hot water over them, drain and add to vegetable form with shrimp. Season heartily with sambal oelek, salt and soy sauce.

Bake six pancakes from the dough in a coated frying pan (16 cm ø). Heat a teaspoon of oil in the frying pan and add enough batter to just cover the bottom.

Bake over medium heat until the surface is dry. Do not turn the pancake to the other side, it is easier to roll. Pour filling onto the pancake shape. Brush edges with egg white.

Wrap pancakes toward center and form into a parcel. Press edges firmly until smooth.

Bake the spring rolls in enough oil until they are brown and floating.

This takes about four minutes. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve with sambal oelek and soy sauce.
