Strawberry Chocolate Muffins

For the strawberry-chocolate muffins, combine the eggs with the sugar and beat with a mixer until the mixture turns lighter in color (about 10 minutes).

Then slowly add the oil and milk one after the other and mix. Fold in the flour and finally add the coarsely grated chocolate.

Pour the mixture into the muffin tin lined with paper cups (to about 0.3 mm below the edge of the cups). Place the strawberries in the center of the muffins and press them in lightly.

Bake the muffins at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

You can also decorate the strawberry chocolate muffins again with white chocolate icing after baking, or sprinkle with coconut sprinkles, etc.
