For the strawberry chocolate whipped cake, whisk together eggs, baking powder, sugar, cocoa powder and butter until well blended. Sift in the flour and stir in.

Pour the batter into a heart-shaped springform pan (24 cm), in which you have previously clamped baking paper, and spread well. Bake for about 30 minutes at 190°C in a preheated oven. Allow to cool well.

Then carefully remove the cake base from the springform pan, remove the baking paper and put it back into the springform pan.

For the cream, whip the whipped cream and season with vanilla from a whole pod. Finally, stir in the gelatin (prepare as described on the package).

Spread the finished mixture over the cake base (in the springform pan) and smooth it out. Allow cream to solidify for about half an hour, then place washed and sliced strawberries on top.

Serve the strawberry and chocolate whipped cake.

Preparation Tip:

You can still decorate the strawberry chocolate whipped cake with flowers made of marzipan. To do this, simply dye marzipan red and roll out with the help of powdered sugar. Cut out the flowers and spread them on the cake.
