Cut strawberries in half, dice pineapple pulp.
Mash half of the strawberries with jam, liqueur and orange peel. Mix remaining strawberries with pineapple and distribute evenly in glass bowls. Pour strawberry sauce on top.
Serve dessert garnished with lemon balm.
