For the sweet potato puree, peel sweet potatoes, cut into pieces of as equal size as possible and boil in salted water until soft. Strain, mash with a potato masher, stir in butter.
Heat the milk and stir into the sweet potatoes. Season to taste with salt and hot spice.
Preparation Tip:
Instead of the hot spice, you can also use chili or pepper for the sweet potato puree.
