Instructions:

Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!

Put the pasta in boiling water, cook for about 5 minutes. Drain well and lay out to dry.

Stir-fry shrimp, chicken and garlic in half the oil until fillets turn white. Remove and set aside.

Add scrambled eggs to skillet; cook over high heat to form a paper-thin omelet. Turn omelet to other side when underside is firm.

Remove, roll up, and cut into tender strips, or possibly shred while still in skillet with spatulas.

Stir-fry bean sprouts until al dente, not too soft. Remove from frying pan.

Add remaining oil to skillet and stir-fry noodles until coated with oil. Add shrimp, chicken, half of the omelet, bean sprouts and remaining ingredients to the noodles in the frying pan. Mix everything well and heat together.

Decorate the noodles with the remaining omelet strips and garnish.
