For the gratinated toast with avocado, place the toast slices and spread with a little butter. Now cut the spring onion into rings, halve, pit and peel the avocado and cut one half into thin slices.

Slice the cocktail tomatoes, mushrooms and the scoop of mozarella as well and place all the ingredients in this order on top of each other on the toast.

Sprinkle some chopped oregano and pepper on top and place in the oven at about 175 °C hot air until the cheese has melted.

Preparation Tip:

Some cranberries taste great with the toast au gratin with avocado.
