Instructions:

1. crush a tsp of salt with the spices in a mortar. Rub the turkey meat with it and let it soak a little.

For the turkey leg with coriander and pumpkin, first peel the onions and garlic.

Chop the garlic. Cut the onion into small cubes and pumpkin into thick cubes. Peel half of the orange thinly, squeeze out juice. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
