Instructions:

Basmati rice in enough boiling salted water form and cook for about 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a frying pan or saucepan. Sauté rice in it. Extinguish with 600 ml of water and bring to the boil. Season with salt and saffron. Cover and cook at low temperature for 20 minutes.

Drain basmati rice. Serve both types of rice.
