For the tzatziki, wash and grate the cucumber. Grate the zest of half a lime and squeeze out the juice. Mix the grated cucumber with the Greek yogurt and sour cream.

Stir in the lime zest, lime juice and olive oil. Season the tzaziki with crushed garlic, cumin, and salt and pepper.

Some people let the grated cucumber sit for a while and then squeeze out the liquid. I like to have all the cucumber flavor in my tzatziki and do not squeeze.
