For the vanilla ice cream, mix the whipped cream until it has taken a firm light form and no longer drips.

Then add the condensed milk and slowly stir in the vanilla sugar until the mixture smells of vanilla sugar.

Pour into a container and close it. Freeze for about 18 hours. The ice cream should be consumed within 2 months.

Preparation Tip:

Since condensed milk is in the ice cream, you do not need to stir it in between. To serve, you can put the vanilla ice cream in an ice cream cone or in a bowl.
