Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Stir the yogurt with the juice of one lemon, add the spices and mix well. Rinse liver, then cut into strips and place in yogurt sauce. Let stand for about 1/2 hour.

Heat butter fat, fry liver without marinade in it, keep warm. Brown onion rings in drippings, add marinade and bubble, season. Serve the liver in the sauce.

Serve with long grain rice or noodles.
