Peel cooked and raw potatoes.

Press cooked potatoes through a potato press into a bowl, grate raw potatoes with a kitchen grater, squeeze lightly and mix well with the cooked potatoes, flour and a little salt and nutmeg.

Bring salted water to a boil, form dumplings of equal size from the mixture, place in the water and simmer gently for about 20 minutes.

Serve the dumplings as a side dish.

Preparation Tip:

These dumplings are an excellent side dish for dishes with gravy, such as roast pork or beef or even goulash.
