Instructions:

Grind 30 g walnuts in a spice grinder or chop finely. Coarsely chop the remaining walnuts by hand.

Mix minced and ground walnuts thoroughly. Stir through chili pepper, yogurt, cilantro and garlic and season to taste. You will notice that the chutney becomes very thick. Form into a serving bowl and garnish with cilantro leaves. Keeps in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
