Instructions:

Mix baking powder, flour, salt, spices, garlic and beer until smooth. Prepare the onions and zuchetti (prepare ready to cook, e.g. peel, remove woody parts and dirt) and grate not too finely. Fold the white beans, ham the chopped parsley and pepper sauce into the batter as well.

Just before serving, bake the quantity in batches (the size of a spoon) in hot coconut oil at 180 °C until golden. Drain on kitchen roll. Serve immediately.

Serve with yogurt sauce or yogurt mixed with mango chutney.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
