Instructions:

For the wholemeal Linzer cake, mix cocoa, almonds, flour, cinnamon, ground cloves and vanilla, make a small indentation in the center, put the egg yolks in, put butter in flakes on the edge, add honey and quickly knead the whole thing into a dough. Whip the egg whites to egg whites and mix in.

Let the dough rest in the refrigerator with the lid closed.

Roll out 2/3 of the dough and pour into a greased tart springform pan, there should be a 2 cm high edge.
