For the yogurt ice cream, pour the yogurt into 4 different bowls. Add strawberries, apricots/peaches, wild berries and chocolate flakes to one portion each.

Then in a glass always alternate yogurt and butter cookies, so that a nice pattern is created.

Freeze the yogurt ice cream in the freezer for about 3-4 hours. Take out, let stand for 5 minutes and then enjoy.

Preparation Tip:

Any other fruit and cookies can be used for a yogurt ice cream.
