A great pasta dish for any occasion:

This recipe is particularly quick because the sauce is prepared while the pasta is cooking. Put on the spaghetti water, meanwhile cut the zucchini and ham into long strips (to match the spaghetti), finely chop the garlic. Briefly sauté the garlic in the oil, then add the vegetables and ham and continue to sauté. After about 1 min, extinguish with wine/sherry, add the crème fraîche and continue to simmer at a low temperature. Season with rosemary, pepper, salt and lovage and thicken with a little carob flour (Bindefix).

If done correctly, the zucchini and spaghetti will be ready at the same time (i.e. al dente). Serve with parmesan cheese.
